The WGB22BM whole house water filter system is an ideal "point of entry" filtration system for cleaning well water. Unlike "point of use" systems that are installed to supply water to a specific faucet, the WGB22BM whole house water filtration system filters your water from the source. This means water from every output in your home will have passed through the two filtration stages of the WGB22BM. The first stage of the WGB22BM whole house water filter houses a 5-micron CTO coconut shell carbon block filter. Block carbon is more effective than other forms of carbon in that it is finely ground carbon packed into a solidified block. This means it has a higher density than other types of carbon filters and is therefore more effective in removing targeted contaminants. The carbon block filter knocks out bad tastes and odors, removes up to 99% of chlorine from the water, and is highly effective on industrial chemicals. The second stage of the WGB22BM has an iron and manganese reducing filter. The FM25B iron and manganese reducing filter is only included with the WGB22BM whole house water filter (and WGB32BM), as it is not needed for most municipal water supplies that the WGB22B model targets.

Only factory defects are accepted as a reason for a return. In the case of factory defects, if available, we will replace the product for you. When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition. You will be required to cover shipping on the return of non-defective items. All returns MUST be done within 30 days of date of purchase. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the 30 day limit has expired. When sending in a return, please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed. We do our best to process as quickly as possible. We are extremely fair, and in the rare event of something out of the ordinary happening with our products or shipping, we will gladly work with you to find a fair resolution.
